Sales Policy

1. Reservations

A reservation is only confirmed once we receive your deposit. Until the deposit is paid, the puppy remains available to other families.

2. Deposits

Deposits are non‑refundable except in the case of a documented health issue found by a licensed veterinarian within 7 days of pickup (see our Return & Refund Policy).

3. Payment

Full payment must be received before the puppy leaves our care. We accept the payment methods listed on the reservation page. Once payment is confirmed, we will coordinate pickup or delivery.

4. Pickup & Delivery

Pickup is available at our location by appointment. Local delivery and nationwide shipping are available; fees vary by distance and are quoted after review.

5. Health & Wellness

Every puppy is examined by a licensed veterinarian and comes with a health record and vaccination history. We follow our vets’ recommended schedule for vaccines and deworming before the puppy goes home.

6. Contract

A purchase agreement must be signed before or at pickup. It outlines the health guarantee, spay/neuter agreement (if applicable), and both parties’ responsibilities.

7. Additional Terms

A reservation is confirmed only after the deposit has been received. Full payment must be received before pickup or shipping. Failure to complete payment within the agreed window may result in cancellation and forfeiture of the deposit.
